The introduction of the Briggs & Stratton Kid Kart engine has made it possible to purchase one
engine that can grow in Horsepower as the racer grows from a Kid Kart into adult classes.
Your Kid Kart chassis will soon be too small for your son or daughter but not the engine. A few
simple modifications can increase the horsepower as the drives driver’s skills improve with age.
The 4100-rpm rev-limiting coil that comes on the Jr. 206 can be replaced and the throttle stop
removed to increase engine performance.
Growing from Kid Kart to unrestricted can be done with one engine.
Most Kid Kart chassis were made for a 2 cycle Comer engine and require an adaptor plate to
mount the Junior 206 Briggs engine.

today's kid’s kart chassis featuring a welded, raised Comer plate. 'Fastermotors has made
